Course, bundle, and class access may depend on successful payment, manual enrollment, feature availability, or administrative approval. Cycore Academy may enable, pause, limit, or change enrollment access during soft launch, testing, or operational updates.

4. Payments, promos, and advance balance

• Displayed prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise.
• Promo codes are subject to validity, assignment, usage limits, and target restrictions.
• Advance or booking balance may be applied to eligible purchases according to platform rules.
• Failed, cancelled, or under-review transactions do not automatically grant access.

5. Live classes and support sessions

Online classes, support sessions, and class credits are subject to scheduling, seat limits, instructor availability, and platform eligibility rules. Joining links and class access are for registered and eligible learners only.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, lesson videos, class content, branding, graphics, documents, and platform content remain the property of Cycore Studios Limited or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, rehost, or publicly share protected academy content without written permission.

7. Suspension and termination

Cycore Academy may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, payment fraud, policy violation, unauthorized sharing, or other conduct that risks the platform, instructors, or learners.

8. Changes to services or terms

We may update courses, pricing, schedules, policies, or platform features when required for business, technical, or educational reasons. Updated terms become effective when published on the website.
