Cycore Academy Return and Refund Policy

1. Digital service model

Cycore Academy provides digital learning access, online classes, and advance booking/payment functionality. Because access is delivered digitally, refund requests are reviewed case by case rather than automatically approved.

2. When a refund may be considered

• A duplicate or incorrect payment was made by mistake
• A learner was charged successfully but did not receive the paid access due to a verified platform or processing issue
• A payment needs to be reversed after administrative review of a billing or fulfillment problem
• A refund is otherwise approved by Cycore Academy management

3. When a refund may not apply

• Where paid access has already been granted and meaningfully used
• Where a class has already been joined or consumed
• Where the issue arose from incorrect information entered by the learner and no billing error occurred
• Where a discount, promo, scholarship, or special approval was offered under a non-refundable arrangement communicated in advance

4. How to request a refund

Refund requests should be submitted to info@cycorestudios.com or raised through the academy support contact at +88017 99 282828. Please include your registered name, email address, phone number, payment reference, and the reason for the request.

5. Refund processing timeline

Once a refund request has been reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment channel or another approved method within 7 to 10 working days.

6. Advance or booking balance

Advance payments are recorded against a learner account and may be used toward eligible purchases. Any refund or reversal of advance balance remains subject to administrative review, transaction verification, and applicable platform rules at the time of the request.
